RHB Engineering was borne out of today’s hectic market place where companies are being reshuffled and resized. RHB Engineering is directed by Richard (Rick) Breznik. Rick is a Professional Engineer who has worked in the Tank and Freight car industry for over 23 years. As former Chief Product Engineer at Procor Limited, he is an innovative, hands-on Project Manager with experience in the design, construction, maintenance and leasing of tank and freight cars.

Rick is a current member on the AAR Tank Car Committee Task Force and a voting member on the CGSB Committee on Design and Maintenance of Tank Car Tanks for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail.

RHB Engineering is also associated with a number of other experienced independent North American Consultants, Engineers and Inspectors in the Railcar Industry, to ensure they can assist in all of your tank and freight car requirements in a timely and professional manner.
